🚨SMF #2A Update🚨Thank you all for your continued support in the battle for our second amendment rights. Here’s a quick update on 3 of our cases:SMF will be filing a response brief on August 12th (Monday) in our Gators Guns case. From there, we head to oral arguments. Guardian Arms is in Discovery with a cut off date of August 9th. These cases can seem like they are dragging on. Be aware that court proceedings are slower during the summer months.
