It's going to be a horrific day for everyone's personal wealth and retirement funds. Unfortunately, those days will continue, most likely until January, until most Americans' personal wealth and retirement plans are completely wiped out.If I were everyone that has a 401K and money in the markets, including crypto, I'd pull and take whatever penalty I'd be subject to, TODAY.I will be monitoring this all day, and will address the platform at 2PM on how you can mitigate your losses from this fallout. Prayers for all of you!

My retirement account recently changed hands. It was through Fidelity investments but now Vanguard controls it. I wasn't asked about it. No one asked my permission for the change. I pay into it at work, my employer matches my contributions. I'm not happy about the change

Jase, when International Paper sold the retirement plan to Prudential Insurance in 2008 the took the plan out of the federal insured program. The retirees knew something was up. Prudential has no obligations to the retirees. IP eliminated the retirement plan for all new hires in 1985.
