Proximity Twister. Fairly rare. Can occur when two chemtrailers pass within close proximity travelling in opposite directions. Generally harmless unless you happen to be directly underneath at the time. They have been known to suck all the nearby chems down to ground level creating a concentrated overdose bomb effect.
