We used 100 lb.'s of tomatoes and got 26 QT's of spaghetti sauce and 23 pt's of smokes salas. I never get peppers and tomatoes to come in at the same time, so I get mine from a friend that has a large farm. I've got two rows of green tomatoes. NC.
