Tested Faith Is Faith You Can TrustJames 1:2-4 “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” 1 Peter 1:7“That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:” Our faith in Jesus Christ will be tested from time to time. When it is tested it takes the working of patience to endure through the test. But, that is what God wants. He wants us to remain in the test. In the end God wants us to have a pure faith that is in Him and Him alone. Nothing else; only Him! There are many ways God can allow one’s faith to be tested. If your faith is currently being tested you can find reason to rejoice. God has a purpose in it all! Submit yourself to the testings of your faith. Have patience under the trial. Trust God! You will be the better Christian through it all. Job 23:10 “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.”
