RED BUBBLE method:1. Mix 12 grams of kratom with enough concentrated lemon/lime juice to make a pancake batter consistency.2. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. 3. Stir in 4 cups of hot, but not boiling water.4. Let sit 1 hour at room temperature. 5. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours. 12+ for best results. 6. Remove from freezer, now you should notice a red bubble on the top. That is the beneficial extracted alkaloids. Let thaw enough to remove from container. 7. Remove plant material on bottom, let the top piece of ice with the red color thaw in same container. 8. Once thawed filter through a coffee filter, or cheesecloth. 9. Separate into doses. (Example split into 2, or 3 containers.) 9. Mix with the beverage, or shake of your choice, and enjoy. This is helpful for those with sensitive stomachs, and those who cant process the plant material. REMEMBER: You now have 12 grams worth of kratom in a concentrated liquid. Always use in moderation.
