They look great, i have also tried english muffins. They were so so. Would you mind giving me the details on your process, or is it included in the KA recipe. I thought it was the one i used but i may have forgotten.

The dough was beautiful to work with. I let it cold ferment for 24 hours, covered in a bowl. I rolled it oit to just under a 1/2 inch and cut with a 3 inch cutter.
