Silent Majority Foundation filed a Motion to Transfer Venue to Thurston County in our intervention to protect Initiative 2081, the Parental Bill of Rights. This case was brought, erroneously, in King County as the provision of our state law dictates that "suits against public officers challenging actions done 'in virtue of his or her office' must be filed only in the county where the case, or some part thereof, arose."
