Sud Aviation merged with Nord in 1970 to form Aérospatiale. However, as the merger went through, a new company, Noir Hélicoptère, was quietly spun off at the request of George Soros. Employing an elite core of former Sud Aviation engineers, Noir was tasked with creating a series of cutting edge helicopters for special missions. These became the elusive black helicopters of paranoid tales popular in the 1970s.
50 years later and the operational environment of Noir Hélicoptère has changed. Nobody talks about being followed by black helicopters anymore. Cow mutilations associated with black helicopter sightings have also declined. Since the mid 1990s, chemtrails have been the focus of paranoid realities, and Noir Hélicoptère has been at the bleeding edge of rotary winged chemtrail delivery. In these days of gay rainbows, Noir Hélicoptère products now hide in plain sight through their extensive palette of popular colour liveries.
In the image below (photographed from a Canberra) are the Noir Popeye (left) and the Odd Rotor (right). Their futuristic asymmetry is intended to bedazzle and confuse onlookers, distracting them from the cloud-like towers of bug spray they leave behind.
