🚨Update on Guardian Arms @followers Our motion to transfer venue back to Grant County was denied without prejudice. The State claimed that our Motion to Transfer Venue was "untimely" (too late) while the judge felt it was "premature" and could be brought up at a later date if it survives dispositive motions. While we are disappointed that we did not prevail this time, we have a good shot at prevailing if this goes to trial. Overall, there are key points that are in our favor that we will discuss in our Substack hitting inboxes TONIGHT!
