Though one can always order noodle soup dishes to go, I do think these sorts of dishes are best eaten at the establishment itself. So after an afternoon strolling the Inner Harbor, we popped in one of our favorite ramen places in Baltimore.
Ramen Utsuke is on Light Street and has the authentic tastes I always look for since Japanese food is one of my favorites. My boys easily slurp down their shoyu ramen, while my husband always gets the spicy version of it. I tend to mix it up to try different things on the menu. This time, I got the shrimp bento where they had their lightly battered tempura (and the dipping sauce was really good), along with lightly salted green beans, pickled seaweed, salad, vegetable tempura, and sweet sticky rice. ? Japanese food!
