I need everyones' help on this one I have a brother born about 2 years before me (ca 1956) whom I have never met as we were both put up for adoption at birth, I have a picture of him that he sent to my sisters, who I also didn't know about until a year ago, but now we cannot find him. He was last known to be living in south Texas, perhaps the coastal area near Port Alto. His name is David Mitchel, (recent pic posted here). If you know him or recognize him please help me to get in touch with him....Thank You.
