ICYMI! Silent Majority Foundation filed a response in our WMC v Dr. Wilkinson case in Yakima. This case is really about whether an Agency has the power to regulate speech and prescribe punishment for speech it disagrees with. Interestingly, much of the Position Statement issued by the WMC is based on information/research that we now know to be questionable, at best. It is imperative that ALL people have the ability to speak freely, as our First Amendment guarantees. When it comes to medical care, this right becomes all the more crucial as Physicians should be free to research and communicate that information to the public; information that is not hindered by the pushing forth of an approved narrative.
