OK folks , here is what is happening.. Unscrupulous car dealers are selling $300 hoopties to illegals for $500 down & a $200 payment every 28 days.. The car will never be registered or insured because most states give you 30 days to register.. Every time the illegal makes their payment , they are given a new bill of sale good for another 30 days of driving an unregistered , uninsured car on our highways.. If you are unlucky enough to be hit by one of them , they just walk away leaving you holding the bag if not injured or dead..
