The legislative state of the United States does not include the entire state. According to the constitution it only includes the areas the atates gave up for defence purposes. The areas legislated by the federal government only includes areas purchased or ceded to the feds. It does not include all the free people and/or their private property. Everything the fed does is under the guise of defenCe which they changed to defenSe.
