Tonight, the world is rightfully concerned about COVID.Every death is a tragedy. I pray for anyone who has lost someone they love to this terrible virus. That said, the people who are virtue signaling about the new shutdowns and calling the rest of us careless and selfish don't take into account:DepressionSuicideStarvationPovertyHelplessnessChild AbuseDesperationDomestic ViolenceDrug and alcohol problemsUnemploymentBusiness closuresLoss of incomeBankruptcyStress and anxietyElderly living in isolationPeople who will miss the last holidays of their livesAn entire generation having their youth stolen from them.Shut up already! We now clearly know the risks! We should do our best to stay safe and protect those we care about. If you are vulnerable, stay isolated. If you are concerned, stay home.
