I get a refund from USAA 90 % of the time. Some years it is 1/2 of the annual policy. The years I don't a Democrat is in office

States would be in a Bind who TAX AUTO INSURANCE. THAT THEY ENFORCE PEOPLE TO HAVE INSURANCE. NO INSURANCE, NO TAX.

Insurance Company's have a Loop Hole. If car is not on Policy it's uninsured. But, State Law says you have to have Insurance to drive a vehicle. Another drives your vehicle and they're not on your policy it's not Insured eather. Total scamp by state and insurance companies.
