I have another question: Where is Unknown County in NJ? I know I've only lived here, in this state, for 34 years, but I never heard of it.Ok so there are 696 ppl in an unknown county. Um don't you fill out paper work when you get tested? Couldn't someone figure out what county you lived in by the address on said paper work? OK maybe you showed up unconscious to a hospital, but nobody knew where you were picked up from? Who brought you there to ask? Where the ambulance picked you up from? No ID? No ID, registration or tags ran if it was a vehicle accident?
