ROCKOLLECTIONS: FATHERS DAY PT.2 I'll open this Fathers Day closing half with a Song by a very popular group from the early and mid-60's that was trying to get into some Social Commentary in 1968. It didn't work for them and hardly anyone noticed. I'll have a few of my favorite Songs by Daughters about their Fathers. Then the centerpiece of this Chapter- the Conflict Between Fathers And Sons. To close, a Song that I feel cannot be followed by anything on a Radio Show- because of its topic and because it's so simply and lovingly performed, nothing can come after it! I humbly think this is as good as anything I've ever done on this Rockollections Show. And I wish a Happy Day To All Good Fathers Who Never Shirk Their Responsibility!
