Pastor Carl Gallups (a former sworn law enforcement officer with two FL sheriff's offices under three different sheriff's, and appointed "Special Deputy" by Sheriff Joe Arpaio MCSO) says:The fake news industry - including the "social media giants"- who continually claim that signed and sworn affidavits - by the HUNDREDS - is not "evidence" of fraud, is like saying a bloody knife, DNA lab results, sworn eye-witness testimony, and CTV footage is "not evidence" of a crime. While it may be true that an actual court hearing may throw out all, or part, of the evidence on various technicalities - the fact remains - every bit of that collection is indeed EVIDENCE. It is enough to make a case and enough to bring to trial, and if collected and handled correctly, it is enough to convict the perpetrator of a criminal act. Everytime the FAKE NEWS says Trump's legal team of renowned attorneys has "no evidence" they are flat out LYING - and/or showing their abject ignorance of how the criminal court system works. They are absolutely moronic in their claims. This is why we call them the fact news and fake "fact checkers."
