Rustic Garlic Herb Cheese Bread 1 T yeast1 T sugar1 cup warm water1 t salt2 t dried rosemary1 t dried basil1 t dried oregano6 cloves minced garlic3 cups bread flour1/3 cup pecorino romano cheese (you can use parmesan) grated.Bake 375 30 minutesInstructions See the attached instructions, I do something a little different. After being kneaded in my mixer. I then put in a bowl to rise for the first time. It pretty much doubles. After that I take and re knead for a bit and get it in a round shape. I then put in in a rice floured benetton to start to rise again. When it gets going, I then remove and put in my Dutch Oven Pot. I do not preheat my pot. But the round dough is transferred to the pot on parchment paper. It continues to to rise there. I do make a large x with my rasor blade to help with the rising. I bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, I like it to look golden brown.
