Do You Have Life In Jesus? John 5:40 - “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” John 10:10 -“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 20:31 - “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” I have met people whose life was a complete and total sinful mess. I know people whose life is like this right now. It is sad. “The thief” who is Satan, has them. Satan wants to steal, kill, and destroy. He does not want them to have life in Jesus. He does not want them to have the life “more abundantly” that is only in Jesus. Why would someone whose life is a sinful mess “not come” to Jesus to “have life” that He offers them? Pride? Or does the thief have them that bound? Maybe both? I am so grateful for the life that I have in Jesus! I cannot imagine where I would be today if I did not have life in Jesus! The apostle Paul wrote about this life and testified in Galatians 2:20 - “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Where would you be today if it were not for “the life” that you now live in Jesus?
