When I get ill, I make a quart or so of tea with oregano, thyme (good for respiratory issues), garlic, turmeric, and ginger. Steep for several hours, then I strain it and add honey and colloidal silver. 3 or 4 big gulps 3 times a day. Awesome stuff!
