The IRS says that all income both legal and illegal has to be reported... Michael Cohen admitted under oath that he stole $30,000 from Trump that had not been previously divulged.. Being a crooked lawyer , he knew the IRS statute of limitations had run out & he was safe from prosecution.. My guess is that he & Stormy were in on the hustle together to extort money from Trump & $30K was his cut..
