Reminds me of my former employment. The diversity hires would show when they felt like it. 15, 45 mins, 2 hrs late constantly. None of them were on time any given day. Stayed for OT, did nothing and got it. If they wanted a day off they took it without loss of pay. So grateful I'm out of there.
