What if Trump offered manufacturers in China , Mexico and other countries a tax free existence for 10 years if they move their operations to depressed areas in the USA.. New York , Chicago , Detroit and other cities destroyed by the Democrats could now flourish... Remember , the US government won't lose a dime , in fact , these new jobs will be paying income & sales taxes and eliminate the need for welfare & food stamps.
