I am officially inside for the rest of the day. I had to finish seeding. Some is my bumper crops, & some was greenhouse starts. Here’s what I got in: Einkorn wheat, spinach, buttercrunch lettuce, cabbage, bok choy, scarlet red amaranth, Wynne peanuts, rainbow chard, sweet baby watermelon, yellow, & chicoggia beets before the rain. I didn’t manage to get more peppers in yet, but I will. I still have celeriac, red celery, & celery to plant but they’re growing.
