I listened to Biden trying to pander to the black voters , saying his administration is the answer to quality education for black students... Bush Jr ended any chance of quality education in public schools with his " No child left behind " fiasco.. To meet the government imposed standards , school systems circumvented standards by dumbing down courses.. In many states where teachers raises were tied to test scores , there was rampant cheating and altering of test results.. The only answer to this isn't Biden , it's freedom of choice , and guess who is fighting that even more than the teachers unions , you guessed it , Biden & the Democrats. You want quality education , take it out of the government's hands..
