2 summers ago. That's my girlfriend standing over there looking into Galena stream. There is a Seam of Galena lead ore that crosses the stream at this point. If you look under the little waterfalls, you can find the little lumps of lead mineral. There used to be an old lead mine here about 150 years ago. Lancashire. 🇬🇧 My parents used to bring me here when I was kid to hunt for Galena. Most other kids were at fun fairs...we were here searching for Galena. Lol
