Good illustration of why some cities are really flooding and how they push the climate change narrative. The four seasons, flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc., all happen in cycles. Each event has its own cycle of time. If you know about when the cycle of something happens, you can plan a narrative around it to have something to back up the claim. Plus, keeping people from seeing the truth, you end up with sheep who will follow without question.
