Open faced meatball subs.Gluten free meat ball recipe:4 -corn tortillas1/2 carton sliced mushrooms (optional)1/2 cup shredded parmesan Salt (I didn't meassure)Herbs de province (I love the flavor, but Italian seasoning will work too)Mix all these together in a food processor or blender then add to 2 pounds ground beef (or ground meat of choice)1 eggOnce all is mixed well form into meatballs cook on the stovetop or oven (whichever you prefer)When done addHalf jar of pasta sauceServe on bread or sub then sprinkle onParmesan cheeseShredded cheddar cheese
