Pasta delight Fill a pot with water turn stove to highChop a 1 head of cauliflower add it to the waterBring water to a boil add elbow mac (I use Gluten free elbow mac)Turn temperature down to medium and stir occasionally In a pan brown1 lb grounf beef and 1 lb ground sausage Drain the cauliflower and elbow mac once it has cooked thoroughly, and set asideTransfer the meat to the pot the the elbow mac and cauliflower was in.Add1 16oz can Green beans1/2 a 32 oz container of broth (any kind will work)1/4 cup half and half3 TBS butter1/2 c grated parmesan cheese1 c cheddar cheese1/2 c mozzarella cheeseStir then add1 bag of spinach (stems cut off) andElbow mac cauliflower mixture stir togetherOnce spinach has wilted serve and enjoy.
