Pasta delight
Fill a pot with water turn stove to high
Chop a 1 head of cauliflower add it to the water
Bring water to a boil add elbow mac (I use Gluten free elbow mac)
Turn temperature down to medium and stir occasionally
In a pan brown
1 lb grounf beef and
1 lb ground sausage
Drain the cauliflower and elbow mac once it has cooked thoroughly, and set aside
Transfer the meat to the pot the the elbow mac and cauliflower was in.
Add
1 16oz can Green beans
1/2 a 32 oz container of broth (any kind will work)
1/4 cup half and half
3 TBS butter
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
Stir then add
1 bag of spinach (stems cut off) and
Elbow mac cauliflower mixture stir together
Once spinach has wilted serve and enjoy.
