This is God's purpose for us. Often times we forget who we are and what God has done for us. Don't compare yourself to others and don't allow feelings of insecurity to rob you of your identity in Christ. It is important that we see ourselves the way God sees us and then live in obedience to Him. God knows who we really are. He loves us and created us for a purpose. Psalm 139:13-16 13 For you formed my inward parts;you knitted me together in my mother's womb. 14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.When you became a Christian, you received a new spiritual identity. Qualified = empowered, made competent. God gives you a new spiritual identity that is worthy of a member of the Kingdom of Light. Now you are a child of God, a branch on the true vine, accepted in the beloved, more than conquerors through Christ Jesus.
