Today's Collect for Athanasius of Alexandria Bishop and Deacon, 373O LORD, who established thy servant Athanasius, through wisdom, in thy truth: Grant that we, perceiving the humanity and divinity of thy Son Jesus Christ, may follow in his footsteps and ascend the way to eternal life; who lives and reigns with thee and the Holy Spirit, One God, Now and Forever, Indeed.
