Seriously - if lockdown (wherever you are) is getting overwhelming - what you need is more GOOD connection.
Talk to those that lift your spirit!
Try activating your Vagus Nerve - gargling, humming, singing, chanting or even yelling & screaming (into a pillow if you can't get out in the woods -- no need to scare your neighbours!). Screaming & yelling can be quite cathartic!
Exercise or just movement of any kind: your body thrives on movement.
