CHARGED: Becker County did charge #DFL State Senator #NicoleMitchell with First Degree Burglary, a felony punishable by 6 months to 20 years and a fine up to $35,000. Probably won’t do time unless you count house arrest with an ankle bracelet for 6 months (90 days with new DFL sentencing) with work release.
