1 Corinthians 6:20 (KJV) For ye are BOUGHT with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.BOUGHT: What was the price? It cost Jesus 'his' life. He died for you. You can't atone for your own sins.It's not any thing that you can offer.It's nothing your church can offer.Jesus paid the full price for you at the Cross of Calvary.He, not you, but he alone paid your full price for sin.Jesus paid the ransom for sin. That excludes your church and your good works.Your good works are for giving glory to God for what he did for you and not for the atonement. Your good works show your love for God and others.Your good works comes after your salvation not before.Always remember, Jesus paid it all.That’s means he didn’t just pay a portion and you or your church pays the other portion.Jesus paid it all,All to Him I owe;Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow.
