The Bible Study – Our readings for Monday, April 15 are Exodus 33:1-23 & Luke 7:1-17. Moses intercedes and pleads to God for mercy towards a rebellious people who have fallen away from the Almighty. In our Gospel passage, Jesus heals a believing Roman Centurion’s servant. Christ, out of compassion, also raises a widow’s only son who had died. Jesus, our High Priest, intercedes for Christian believers with God the Father. We pray for the lost, for those who do not know Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
