Luke 12:53 (KJV) - The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.DIVISION: It grows Day by Day, why?The love for self and the desire for sinful pleasures are without boundaries. Today, if it pleases me, then it is considered right. The compass in life becomes my pleasures and not God’s laws. Therefore, it doesn’t matter even if the compass is inconsistent with values, morality, family, laws, church or God, it doesn’t matter as long as it pleases my personal compass in life. This compass (selfish pleasures) originates from the Devil as it divides the home. Spouses split for selfish reasons as they look for outside love instead of creating a loving home. This compass from the Devil is leading children to run from their parents since they are not allowed to live selfishly. This compass from the Devil is leading young people to act with wrath as they commit various forms of violence. This compass from the Devil is leading young people to even create violence on their own bodies as they lose their identity given to them from God. The family is doomed unless there is a return to God and the Bible. If not, the above verse will come to fruition in our life time.
