No video today, but I did a race pace run of 2 miles. The first mile I went faster than a regular easy run, and then on the 2nd mile, I sped up a little more. It felt really good, even when I got to the finish. Tomorrow is intervals. I can't wait to get out there and run again. I enjoy it so much.
