The IRS is a regulatory agency that has NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY! Just like ALL three letter agencies and beaurocratic organizations! The Constitution LIMITS Governmental power over the people! The current Government is operating FAR outside of their Constitutional boundaries. Where they operate outside of those boundaries, they have no enforceable authority by law. What they are doing is an Unconstitutional end run around your Fourth Amendment rights!The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.
