Good Morning All: Due to our major ongoing issues with the USPS, Wimkin is going digital for all Shareholder related documentation. The change is necessary due to certificates going missing once mailed, mail being opened and tampered with, and items arriving oftentimes, weeks late. This is disastrous for our reputation and costs us double to more than ten times the money it would if the system worked correctly when we're forced to send certified mail or to use a 3rd Party courier. For those that did not know, Wimkin has been under watch by the USPS and their Postal Inspection Service (America's oldest body of law enforcement) since 2020. We launched in September of 2020, so essentially, we've been under watch since our inception. We will be implementing this process immediately. Anyone waiting on newly purchased share certificates will be issued a digital certificate in lieu of paper form. Any paper certificates are obviously valid, and will always remain valid. A stock certificate, whether in paper or electronic form, must generally include on its face certain information, such as (1) the name of the stockholder; (2) the name of the corporation; (3) the number of shares the stock certificate represents; (4) any applicable transfer restrictions; (5) any voting trust arrangement that the shares are subject to; and (6) if the corporation is authorized to issue more than one class or series of stock, a summary of all powers, preferences, rights, and restrictions applicable to the class or series of shares represented by the certificate. In addition, the certificate must be signed by an authorized officer or director of the corporation. Since the validity of electronic signatures is well established under federal law, all of the above requirements can be implemented digitally on the face of an electronic stock certificate.Thank you for your understanding and helping us win yet another war that's been waged against us.
