View MoreCovid has exposed a truth that's been hiding within the leftists. They've turned Fear into a virtue. Those who are afraid now believe themselves to be superior. The most afraid among them believe themselves to be the highest order. They believe it's their moral "duty" to inflict their fear on everyone around them. Force everyone to comply with their absurd demands to prove fealty to the Fear. Obedience is the next virtue, you must obey their mandates, no matter how ridiculous in order to signal your obedience. They will continue to contrive ever more outlandish, and invasive mandates, and ever more severe punishments for disobedience. Dependency is the next virus of the left. Individualism has been discouraged by them since forever, but now they're forcing dependence by forcing you to accept central payer retirement, healthcare, and soon central payer universal basic income. They invade every aspect of your life and force you into their universal social programs. In doing so they justify extracting more and more of your earnings to the point that its impossible for you to be independant. You can't ever earn enough to overcome the dependencies. Once you need them for your continued survival, the threat of removal of those dependencies will keep you in line. Surveillance is the next virtue. You'll hear them say "if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about". They monitor your purchases, monitor your health decisions, monitor who you associate with, monitor what you say, and will create a social score to measure you by. If you buy a gun, that's a ding against you and your insurance rates go up. Buy too much meat, and your health insurance rates go up. Say the wrong things on social media, or hang out with the wrong people and you get passed up for a promotion, or fired. Soon all your financial transactions will be electronic. No more cash, it'll be banned. Your every move will be scrutinized, evaluated, and benefits for compliance, or punishment for disobedience will be metered out automatically. Once they monitor every part of your life, they will steer your language and behavior to their liking. Control is their goal, not safety, not security, not freedom, not rights.
