I'm rolling smoke on some turkeys for the Grace Covenant Baptist Church Thanksgiving meal tomorrow. Both turkeys were in the brine for a day and a half. Both shot up right before hitting the smoker, one with Cajun seasoning and the other with garlic and poultry seasoning.In person church attendance and meeting for a Thanksgiving meal, somewhere a politician is pulling their hair out.
