Scaled-down Thanksgiving may hurt red meat consumption.
Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and COVID spikes are coming at the worst time for livestock producers.
That is according to the president of Global Commodity Analytics. He says that if families scale back their holiday gatherings there could be a decline in red meat consumption.
