So you guys know I have been experimenting with making my own hazelnut creamer, & I think I got it now. This is half & half with 2 tsp. of hazelnut extract pressure canned. It’s only missing the sweetness that many have. So before pressure canning I should add 1/4 cup of honey or brown sugar to a 1/2 gallon of half & half. I also stopped using the plastic jug.
