Since I don't eat soy I make my own things to replace it. This is Vixen's Funky Bean Sauce & Bean Paste. The first pictures are of the beans fermenting in my oven for 3 days of teeth gritting, & nostril flaring. The mixing everyday got a little rough. I’m glad I can start the next batch outside during summer. This batch is being made with pinto beans. The next will be made with Fava that's freshly harvested.
