I made garlic pork stir fry tonight, & I want to show you what I do before I smash my garlic. I cut the bottoms of the clove off so I can plant it. I may use extra garlic cloves but I get more garlic in the end. There garlic pork stir fry I alter usually using Japanese fava bean shoyu because I don’t use soy. Plus I cheated, & used store bought rice noodles from the same place. Vixen’s funky bean sauce, & paste won’t be ready until August. That’s what in the jars fermenting. That’s also when I can use my own fava beans to make my second batch of sauce, & paste.
