WEIGHTED RACE ALLOCATION in Michigan - here's a brief version of what was presented by Dr. Shiva, et al...* They measure how "Republican" a precinct is based on the percentage of voters choosing straight-ticket "R" (some states have straight-ticket voting option; some do not). Those precincts are further to the right on the X axis.* Precincts with a low percentage of straight-ticket Republican votes are likely to have a higher percentage of straight-ticket Democrat votes. Those precincts are (appropriately) further toward the left on the X axis.* The Y axis represents the percentage of votes for President Trump (positive, above the zero), vs the percentage of votes for Biden (appropriately, negative, below the zero).* The blue dots represent precincts. A blue dot toward the left on the X axis is a precinct where you would expect more votes for Biden, either via straight-ticket Democrat votes, or by "mixed-ticket" ballots with a vote specifically for Biden. If a blue dot toward the left is above the zero, that means a precinct that mostly voted Democrat (for those who voted straight-ticket) had more votes for President Trump than for Biden. In other words, out of all the voters in that precinct who did NOT vote straight-ticket, there were more of those who voted for President Trump.* A blue dot toward the right on the X axis is a precinct where you would expect more votes for President Trump, either via straight-ticket Republican votes, or by "mixed-ticket" ballots with a vote specifically for President Trump. A blue dot toward the right that is below the zero indicates that a precinct which mostly voted Republican (for those who voted straight-ticket) had more votes for Biden out of all those who did NOT vote straight-ticket.* Some analysist have said, "so what? A lot of republicans don't like Trump, so instead of voting straight-ticket Republican, they voted for specific Republican candidates but then also voted for Biden." That IS a possibility. And if that were the case here, you would see a "normal" distribution of precincts on the graph.**** BUT: If you compare the normal distribution on the graph for Wayne County with the graph for Kent County, you will see what happens when the vote tally software has the "Weighted Race Allocation" feature enabled. It creates a distribution "curve" that is so obviously NOT natural, it screams off the page at you. (That "feature" should NEVER be an option in political vote tallying!)In the one case, the distribution resembles a shotgun blast. In the other case, that "shotgun blast" takes a sudden turn in mid-flight. And there are other counties besides Kent that follow the exact same unnatural pattern. One county like that without someone intentionally interfering would be extremely unlikely. Multiple counties like that shows a pattern of *consistent* intentional interference. It's just not random chance. Like the way most dead people who voted picked Biden.#electionfraud #riggedelection #electiontampering #stopthesteal
